September 1, Monday afternoon, 12:15-1:30pm at The Taste of Hudson. We'll be playing live on stage to entertain the crowds at Taste of Hudson with our own arrangements of folk and old-time acoustic music. Named for the turn-of-the-century brick roads of Akron, Ohio’s Highland Square where the group first began playing together, the Brick Road Ramblers began performing for folks of all ages in 1996.
Today, the four-member string band can be heard playing traditional, folk, old-time, popular, and original tunes at festivals, parties, cafes, and, on warm summer nights, a fine porch with great acoustics. Come out and see us when you get the chance… we’re sure you’ll enjoy the mix of strong vocal harmonies and acoustic string band music as much as we do. So have fun, tap your toes, and sing along!
